Services for Guests

Welcome Packs allow you to greet guests who have rented your mountain accommodation with a personal touch and we offer either standard welcome packs (bottle of wine, packet of snacks, olives, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits) or we can supply one to your specification.

Meet and Greet means that instructions and information about your property that you have given guests in writing are reiterated face to face. It also allows guests to ask any questions that they might have. We have various types of meet and greets and are happy to chat through which would suit your property best.

Telephone support for guests is offered to all chalet and apartment owners who use our cleaning services. This is 24hr, although charges apply for non emergency calls after 10pm.

Shopping is a very useful service for guests, it minimises time spent waiting around so they can get on with what they came for. We can take care of lift passes, ski and equipment hire, daily shopping nad travel arrangements.

Childcare and Babysitting are vital to allow you to have a relaxing break! We can arrange childcare with a recommended qualified nanny or babysitting with a responsible, experienced person. You will be given the chance to meet the babysitter.

Dogsitting is available so that your dog gets a walk in the beautiful mountains surrounding Morzine while you are skiing. You must book this in advance!

Total Chalet Services Concierge Services offer restaurant bookings, we can arrange beauty and massage appointments, day trips,or just offer advice - we have been here for 10 years so if there is a Morzine - Les Gets secret we probably know it!
