We can ensure access is available for guests, emergencies, cleaning
and maintenance checks 24 hours a day.

Total Chalet Services realise that owning a property abroad can be a stressful experience, especially if you are busy or don't really speak the language! We are here to help ease the way, with an excellent local knowledge and a team in resort 24/7 365 you can sleep easy knowing that your second home is in good hands. If you use our cleaning services we are happy to become a telephone point of contact for your guests should they need help or advice.

We are also available for Emergency Call Outs should the need arise. With our emergency phone manned 24/7 there is always somebody on hand for guests or owners to call. This has been particularly useful for owners with alarms as we can react quickly if there is an alert.

We offer the usual keyholding services, ensuring there is always a key available in resort if you forget yours or need to let somebody in at short notice, and an enhanced management contract which ensures your property is regularly checked for vermin, leaks and problems. Chalet management contract holders also benefit from free parcel delivery services, free phone calls, open up services and close downs at no extra cost. If vermin are a problem chalet management contract holders get a hefty 50% discount from our Mice Away service.

We have the contact details of trusted tradesmen and services in the Morzine, Les Gets area and can offer advice on maintenance, repairs, renovations and improvements.

For a small fee we are happy to receive parcels into the launderette in St Jean d'Aulps where you can collect them or we will deliver them to you - with amazing value deliveries from UK retailers (John Lewis/M&S/Amazon) and local outlets, it is easier than ever to find the perfect home furnishings for your alpine property.

We send annual reminders for logs, chimney sweep and organise oil/gas top ups so you will never be caught out if the snow comes early.

If your French Language is not as good as you would like we can make calls on your behalf or speak to tradesmen, utilities or agencies to help you.

To keep you in touch with your property we are happy to send photos or collect and scan your post over to you. We also organise log delivery, chimney sweeps and fire extinguisher servicing.
